Black Chia Seeds Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • tablespoon chia seeds,
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 handful spinach
  • 2 tablespoons cacao powder
  • 1 cup almond milk

Method:

Combine all ingredients and your preference of ice (depending on desired texture) in a blender. Mix on high for 1 minute. Check consistency and add more liquid if necessary.
